On 29th October 2026 the companies signed a binding agreement for Germany-based UJAM Music Technology GmbH to purchase the assets of Virharmonic s.r.o., a company of the Czech Republic.
A Natural Evolution
If you are familiar with Virharmonic’s work, you know they don’t just capture an instrument—they capture the artistic personality and nuance of the musician behind it. What you might not know is that UJAM and Virharmonic have been close partners for more than seven years. In fact, Virharmonic’s acclaimed solo instruments were built on our very own Gorilla Engine. Bringing them fully under the UJAM umbrella is a natural evolution of this long-standing relationship.
